Introducing Personal Fitness Sustainability Review (PFSR) and Philips Directlife.
The Personal Fitness Sustainability Review is to help sustain employees’ progress through personalised fitness programmes with personal training at home, on the road, or at their local gym. This can provide consistent well structured programs based on personalised training schedules using our global network of qualified and accredited personal trainers. We can also arrange a particular sport or activity for clients eg. golf, tennis etc as part of a sustainable fitness program.
iGlobalFitness also have an exclusive relationship with Philips and their DirectLife product. DirectLife is a discrete and wearable device that tracks the wearers’ activities and translates this in to calories burned. Almost 10 years in development, it is a unique advance in providing feedback to people on how their various activities during a week help them towards higher levels of fitness.
iGlobalFitness has worked with a number of organisations in developing the appropriate metrics to measure how a wellness program is delivering benefits to the employees and the organisation as a whole. Together with data from the DirectLife product, through providing fitness assessments iGlobalFitness is able to capture a lot of different data that are key to understanding individual and group wellness. These can include health measures such as body mass index, blood pressure, and basic fitness metrics. These can be tailored as needed, and collected and made anonymous given there is always sensitivity for an employer accessing data of this type on their individual employees.
